Specially formulated to accept acid stains, Concrete Canvas is a self leveling cementitious topping that cures rapidly for fast track resurfacing of interior floors. Typical applications include restaurants, retail stores, showrooms, basement floors, lofts and offices. Applied at 1/4" thick, Concrete Canvas is an affordable floor coating that is acid stained, sealed and waxed to provide the final color.
The Process: After proper cleaning, the concrete is primed with SCP polymer primer. After the primer is dry, the Concrete Canvas is mixed with water and spread over the floor with a gauge rake. No trowelling is required as this material will seek its own level. After a short cure time of 24-28 hours, it can be scored and acid stained. Chrome-Seal Clear Sealer and Ultimate Cherry Acrylic Floor Wax complete the process.
