1.5 Gallon Kit-Smith?s Polyurethane SB is a dual component acrylic urethane film forming sealer applied as a protective or maintenance coat over Smith?s Color Floor, Color Wall and Color Accents. In addition to enhancing the color and depth of Smith?s stains, this sealer is Ultra Violet stable, fast cure, easily recoated and excellent stain resistant. Smith?s Polyurethane achieves a hard easy to clean film, which is resistant to hot tire pickup and superior abrasion resistance to single component sealers. The application of Smith?s Water-Based ?W/B? Polyurethane over a base coat of Smith?s Polyurethane SB is recommended for extreme surface wear installations. A low VOC version of this material is available to meet Specific Rule 1113 the 50 grams/liter VOC limit required by AQMD in California. This sealer was developed for excessive wear areas in residential and commercial installations.
