These products are manufactured of selected raw materials by skilled technicians. Neither seller nor manufacturer has any knowledge or control concerning the purchaser's use of the products and no warranty is made as to the results of any use. The only obligation of either seller or manufacturer shall be to replace any quantity of these products proved to be defective. Any claim of defective product must be received in writing within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Neither seller nor manufacturer assumes any liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of these products. You the consumer agrees that Artistic Concrete Supplies may collect funds of the order prior to shipping or processing the order. I have read and understand that the seller or Manufacture is not responsible for how the buyer or customer utilizes the purchased products, how the project turns out, injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of these products. In some instances, the product purchased may have to be substituted for the same or equivalent product by a different label. If this occurs, the product sent will be of equal or greater value of the product ordered.




• Shipping & Delivery

• Artistic Concrete Supplies will always try to determine the least expensive method to deliver your materials.

  You the consumer agrees that Artistic Concrete Supplies may collect funds of the order prior to shipping or processing the order. The time to process and receive the money for the order may vary depending on your credit card company or bank.

  To keep your shipping costs down, try to give yourself enough time for us to deliver your order on UPS/Fedex Ground or by LTL truckline. Express Shipments for any product is expensive, especially HAZARDOUS MATERIALS! Keep in mind that for most orders under 100 pounds, it is generally cheaper to ship by UPS/Fedex Ground. Most shipments over 150 lbs are generally cheaper to ship by LTL truckline. At this time, Artistic Concrete Supplies ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations unless arrangements are made through our physical store this inclues Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  Acid Stains are considered HAZARDOUS MATERIALS on UPS Ground shipments and are subject to a $30.00 per package HAZMAT fee in addition to S and H charges. For next day shipping, Acid Stains, some of the Sealers, and some chemicals are considered HAZMAT and will be assessed a $90 per box surcharge in addition to the FEDEX Priority Overnight shipping charges. Overnight, next day or other special shipping other than ground maybe the method purchased, but depending on when the order is received and the time it takes to process the shipment it may not be overnighted until 1-2 days depending on the time it takes to process it. Artistic Concrete Supplies reserves the right of out of stock, even thought the web store may show that the product is in stock. We have a physical store in which products are sold daily, sometimes our stock is not updated with real time. We will do our best to get the product to you as quickly as possible. Some items such as counter sink molds, if out of stock has to be made by our manufacture and can take up to 6-8 weeks. other items that you order may have been shipped out that day and our stocking freight order is not coming in, until the next several days.

  We reserve the right to ship directly from our manufacture. Residential Delivery Fee: Some shipment may occur an extra charge per shipment in addition to S and H charges if delivered to a residence instead of a commercial location. There are times when merchandise gets damaged and the shipper sends it back to our store, the turn around can be extensive 5-10 days depending on the distant, the return time and then the time it takes to be shipped out to you again. Saturday Delivery Fee: will incur and additional charge in addition to S and H charges. Please note any address/notification changes made to a UPS/Fedex shipment once it has left Artistic Concrete Supplies's warehouse cannot be made until the goods are returned to our warehouse. To avoid charges and delays, please verify that your address information is correct. Due to delivery and freight price fluctuation and errors in software, Artistic Concrete Supplies reserves the right to call the customer about a rate change or error. If Free Shipping is offered on an item it is only offered in the Continental US!
